Full Time Quality Assurance: Thompson Building Associates has one full-time staff member responsible for tracking customer contact and satisfaction from the first call to the final job survey when the work is complete.

Detailed Quality Tracking: Our industry-specific database allows our Restoration Consultants, Production Managers, Administrative and office staff instant access to full details about every job we perform. If you have a question about your restoration or remodeling job, we have the answer for you, quickly!

Remodeling Magazine “Big 50”: Thompson Building Associates became a member of this prestigious group of nationwide remodeling and restoration contractor in 2002, giving us access to the most up-to-date information and industry input possible.

Our Systems

Computerized: Thompson Building Associates was one of the very first contractors in Central Ohio to use a computerized estimating system, when most other were still using yellow pads! This commitment to technology has helped our company remain “state-of-the-art”, and establish ourselves as a leader in the industry.

Database: Our industry-specific database, which Tim Thompson helped develop, allows us instant access to full details of every job – past and present.

Call Tracking: We track our contacts with customers and clients very carefully documenting job details, change orders and quality assurance information with precision and instant availability.

Resource Tracking: Thompson Building Associates works with a unique blend of our own employees and materials, as well as some of the best speciality vendors and suppliers in Central Ohio. Our database system allows us to track these resources carefully, so we can respond quickly to any situation.

Job Scheduling: Job Scheduling is done through the cooperative efforts of our Production Manager, Level 5 Superintendents and Lead Carpenters. Scheduling is done to make each job we perform flow as smoothly as possible.

Estimating: We utilize the industry-standard estimating program – Xactimate – to produce the most detailed job estimates of any restoration contractor in Central Ohio.
